Today, I was part of an 11 boat corporate fishing trip for Arkema Inc. out of April Fool Point (Topwater Grill). I had James and Tommy in my boat. They showed up on time, but the third person that was supposed to be there never showed. We waited an hour and a half for him before we finally made a joint decision to leave the dock without him. When we got out there most of the other boats already had half their limits and there were boats literally everywhere. Anyway, we managed to box 12 specks to 4 lbs and one 29 inch redfish before it was time to head in.

We're in a typical full moon pattern right now - very early bite, a decent mid-day bite, and a late evening feed. You have to get out there very early to capitalize on the opportunity.
